Lisa Campbell is the CEO, founder, and heart behind Angel’s Haven Assisted Living in Florence, Montana, as well as the founder of Angel’s in Guard Home Healthcare. A fourth-generation Montana native, Lisa has built her businesses on a foundation of strong faith, family values, and a deep commitment to compassionate, personalized care.

Her passion for serving the elderly began at just 11 years old when she helped care for a woman living with Alzheimer’s. That early experience shaped her life’s calling. After attending prestigious universities and earning multiple professional certifications, Lisa began her career in the medical field, working in nursing homes and home healthcare. Through her hands-on experience, she recognized a critical need for more individualized, relationship-centered care — care that honors each resident’s unique story, preferences, and dignity.

Determined to fill that gap, Lisa founded Angel’s Haven to provide a warm, faith-centered home environment where residents are treated like family. Her leadership blends professional excellence with heartfelt compassion, ensuring that both residents and their families feel supported, respected, and valued.

Beyond her professional life, Lisa is a devoted mother of three and proud grandmother of two. In her personal time, she is an avid photographer who finds peace and inspiration in Montana’s mountains. She often loads up her camera and camper to capture the beauty of the landscape she has called home for generations.
